We use your information to deliver the services you purchased, communicate with you about your review or consultation, send receipts and follow-up correspondence, and improve our services.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except the following service providers used to deliver our services: Stripe (for payment processing), Calendly (for scheduling consultations), Google Workspace (for email and video consultations), Make.com (for workflow automation, including order processing and email delivery), and Notion (for internal client management and service tracking). These third-party services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
4. Document Handling
Contracts and documents you submit are used solely for the purpose of delivering your review. We do not retain your documents after delivery is complete. We do not use your documents to train AI or machine learning models, for marketing, or for any other purpose beyond delivering your review. We may use automated tools or AI assistance to support the review process; when we do, any third-party AI service providers are selected for their data handling practices and are instructed not to retain, share, or train on your submitted content.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including using secure payment processing (Stripe), encrypted communication channels, and limiting access to your data to only those involved in delivering your service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies for basic site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete your data, or opt out of any marketing communications at any time by emailing hello@procura-logic.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
8. Data Retention
Contract documents are deleted after delivery of your review. Personal information (name, email, payment records) may be retained for up to 3 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. Email communications are retained for the duration of the business relationship. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal retention requirements.
9. Children's Privacy
ProcuraLogic does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
